We all have things that hang us up. Things that get in the way of us doing what we should. How do we get over ourselves? How do we position ourselves to do the things that need to be done? Maybe your breakthrough is on the other side of your follow through. 

Anxiety and depression are major issues, even in the church. Sometimes bad days, lead to bad weeks, which leads to bad seasons. There is a way out. The key is to remain.
